  Home Remedies and Diet Counseling
  Following a balanced diet , optimum scalp and a healthy life style is the key to your health as it is for healthy hair and skin.
  • Follow a balanced diet with optimal amount of proteins , vitamins and minerals.
  • Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, carrots, papaya, mangoes, lemon , orange, sprouted grains, milk , egg, meat, soybeans, milk .
  • Begin your day with healthy starters like bottle gourd , tomato, beet root , Amla juice , rock salt, jaggery ( for non – diabetics)
  • Consume – Chyawanprash plain variety
  • Drink Amla juice and plenty of water empty stomach.
  • Avoid- Excessive salty food, junk foods, spicy hot food, tinned food, fast food, excessive pickles, Chilleis, tea, coffee, smoking, fasting and alcohol consumption.
  Good Conditioners for hair:
  • Natural oil is a good conditioner- proper application conditions your hair well.
  • Gentle massage of warm oil with finger tips ( not in active hair fall ) should be done prior night to head bath especially for the dry hair.
  • Egg white and heena is the best conditioner.
  • Combination of brahmi , edipta alba, amla, fenn greek seeds , alovera helps in nourishing your hair.
  • Apply cider vinegar on the hair to produce shine and luster.
Donts in life style:
  • Do not go for vigorous massages.
  • Be gentle with your hair.
  • Avoid frequent use of hair dryers, blower
  • Avoid hair straighting , perming that will change the natural protein structure of the hair.
  • Do not comb wet hair .
  • Do not tie your hair tight.
  • Avoid long hours of sun exposure.
